For anyone who didn't know, it was confirmed to be sniper at first, but it then showed the spy backstabbing the sniper and now it's the spy update

Spy is my least palyed class, but I may have to get some hours in with these new items.

It's going to be a dual update the sniper will still be getting his new gear aswell. Usually during these unlock times i just play the counter classes so it looks like i'm going to enjoy a few rounds as Pyro and Scout when this goes live.

I can snipe with the flare gun, so s'all good

Meh, this makes me more interested to get back into TF2 now

I know people are adamant that its a dual update, but im not so certain. The sniper items seemed to be taking the piss a bit, and the TF2 blog refers to it as the Spy update, not the spy/sniper update. I reckon its just Spy.

Nah, they'll do the sniper update too. I'm sure I read somewhere that asked that exact question and they said they have every intention of doing so.

Fair play. As much as I hate snipers this gives me an excuse to play one so hopefully I'll get half decent. But the Spy is top priority for me.
